- Proven track record managing large-scale or complex projects
- Strong knowledge of standard forms of contract (particularly NEC)
- Excellent understanding of cost management, procurement, and contract administration
- Experience working on projects in challenging or remote environments is advantageous

The Role The Senior Quantity Surveyor will manage multiple projects from the pre-contract stage through to final account, ensuring commercial performance, contractual compliance, and strong client relationships.
