Having transitioned from the insurance industry, Robert has worked both internally in Talent Acquisition and on the agency side, giving him a unique perspective. As Head of Operations and Permanent Recruitment, Robert is focused on leading perm to complement the already successful contract recruitment division at We Build Recruitment.

Mandy has extensive payroll experience from the rail recruitment sector, where she managed payroll and mobilisation for nearly 200 contractors. Her attention to detail ensures a smooth and accurate payroll process.
Raiyah works as a Payroll Administrator, supporting the smooth running of contractor payments and ensuring all hours are recorded accurately. She also assists with wage queries to keep the payroll process efficient.
