With 20+ years in recruitment and six years running his own business, specialising in Civils and Groundworks recruitment across the North West, Anthony provides process-driven, reliable solutions to keep projects on time and on budget, building lasting relationships that support both clients and candidates.
Robert has extensive experience in recruitment, with a strong focus on permanent placements. Having transitioned from the insurance industry, Robert has worked both internally in Talent Acquisition and on the agency side, giving him a unique perspective. He recently moved from Birmingham to Manchester, bringing his expertise and fresh outlook to We Build Recruitment. As Head of Permanent Recruitment, Robert is focused on building and leading this area to complement the already successful contract recruitment division.
Leon Grimes rejoins the team with 3 years of experience in recruitment and a wealth of experience recruiting for the M&E sector. With a strong track record of placing top talent across a range of projects, he brings both industry knowledge and a no-nonsense approach to recruitment.
Leon is the proud owner of a one-eyed French Bulldog named Cass, a regular in the We Build office.
Sam has recently joined the team to run the Trades & Labour desk, with over 3 years’ experience in recruitment and a further 7 years in sales Sam has a wealth of experience dealing with clients and candidates from all walks of life and is keen to grow further within We Build. Outside of work he enjoys spending time with friends and family.
