Leon is the proud owner of a one-eyed French Bulldog named Cass, a regular in the We Build office.
Sam has recently joined the team to run the Trades & Labour desk, with over 3 years’ experience in recruitment and a further 7 years in sales Sam has a wealth of experience dealing with clients and candidates from all walks of life and is keen to grow further within We Build. Outside of work he enjoys spending time with friends and family.
Abbie joined We Build in January 2022 and has over 3 years of experience in recruitment. She has previously worked within the legal, hospitality and sales sectors dealing with both temporary and permanent roles. Abbie looks after the Trades & Labour desk supplying skilled trades and site management to construction, fit out and specialist contractors all over the UK.
Tom is starting at We Build as an apprentice labour manager. He’s from a hospitality background where he worked as a bartender at various restaurants and bars in Manchester. This is the beginning of Tom’s career in recruitment and he’s here to support and learn from the team. In his free time, Tom likes to go rock climbing and to the gym.
Cole joins the business fresh from completing his Business Management Degree (where he achieved a 1st). Cole will be working as a Labour Manager on our M&E Desk sourcing everything from Electricians, Plumbers, Pipe fitters & Mates for constructions sites throughout the UK.
Raiyah has joined We Build as a payroll administrator. Which includes working alongside Mandy to make sure all our contractors have a smooth payroll process. Answering any wage queries and accurately recording all hours worked. Outside of work, Raiyah enjoys meeting up with Family and friends.
Milo is the newest addition to the team. Having only been born in 2024, he is still in the training phase but is progressing well towards his targets. During his free time, Milo enjoys sleeping, climbing on desks and posing for photos.
